How does it work?

Long term projects for future growth

There are four stages to the Cost Reduction Program

1. Diagnostic

This takes between 1-5 days. The aim is to highlight opportunities for savings and benchmark processes. A combination of management input and “walk the floor” to see how everything works.

2. Plan

Based on the results of the diagnostic an improvement plan is created to achieve the savings that have been identified.

3. Action

We work with your team to carry out the proposed actions, ensuring that all activities add benefit to the day to day running of the organisation.

4. Review

The Cost Saving Program has a number of check and review points built into the system. These serve to monitor progress throughout the program and ensure that the agreed deliverables are achieved.
