The Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) NVQ is designed to help businesses improve productivity and eliminate waste in the production of goods and services.

The course utilises Lean Six Sigma methodologies, to provide essential quality improvement training through a unique work based qualification, providing bottom line development where you need it most.

Levels 2 and 3 of the Business Improvement Techniques NVQ follow the structure of the Six Sigma Yellow Belt, with the option of continuing to Green and Black Belts. Through WIT Systems' University Partnership we can continue further training to Postgraduate Level, with the MSc in Six Sigma Quality.
