Program Set Up 
This is managed by WIT Systems for organisations enrolled on the Corporate University Program.
The key stages in establishing the Corporate University Program.
- The executives or top management of an organisation must form a governing body or steering committee for the Corporate University Program.
- The vision or strategic plan of the Corporate University Program (as applied to the organisation) must be created; this will determine the organisation's goals for the program.
- The organisation must then recommend a funding strategy.
- The spending commitment for the Corporate University Program can be redeemed against training, consultancy, support etc.
It is at this point that the CU program differs from stand-alone corporate universities and standalone training regimes. The following points, which would normally be developed as part of a corporate university, are already in place within the Corporate University Program.
- How to meet the needs of the audience while pursuing the strategic goal of the corporate university.
- Template for products and services.
- Selection of suppliers, consultants, traditional universities and for-profit firms who will act as learning partners.
- Install technology.
- Establish measurement systems that allow the organisation to continually monitor its progress against the university's strategic goals.
- Perform training needs analysis and publish training programs.
