Jan 08 - Launch of MSc Six Sigma Quality
January 2008 brings the exciting launch of Solent University's MSc in Six Sigma Quality created together with WIT Systems. With students hailing from various educational backgrounds, from service sectors to manufacturing, the MSc has got off to a flying start! The blended structure (a combination of distance learning, taught weekend sessions and assignments) allows students to manage full-time work and other commitments. The roll-on roll-off approach allows students to join the course at various points within the academic year and attend modules according to work pressures. The flexibility of the course means that we also have international students fly in for key sessions. For further information about the course read more ...
Professor John Rees, Dean of Technology at Solent University comments "The new course is a gem. It is succeeding in pulling together industry practice, practical theory, critical thought, and the best of academic skills development into a real community of practice for the delegates. Real expertise, genuine personal development, and strong support to boot."
