organisations continuous improvement activity. It combines training, consultancy
and business strategy to create a ‘Learning Organisation’.
The Corporate University is a growing program attracting additional end users, companies and organisations , plus academic, consultancy, and training institutions. Creating "best in class" support mechanism for enrolled organisations.
The Corporate University Program has academic institutions and commercial providers across the UK and offers courses from NVQ Level 1 through to MSc, content providers are chosen based on location and areas of expertise.
The Corporate University Program provides training, support and consultancy plus continuous improvement services.
Training
Through the Corporate University Program the employees from enrolled organisations will have access to high quality, cost effective and tailored training.Creating a Performance Culture

Support and Consultancy
The CU program can provide both short term and long-term support.
Short-term support enables the workforce to focus on the daily operations whilst putting a process fix in place. It can provide interim expertise to assist in evaluating and exploiting new business, undertaking change management or full Lean and Six Sigma deployment.
