WIT Systems specialise in developing "Performance Culture" in companies and organisations.
We provide a range of support services, including Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement Program Management, Change Management and Lean Six Sigma Deployment.
We also provide Systems Development which covers the defining, locating, recording and analysis of data. The changing of data into information to assist employees to make informed decisions.
WIT Systems provide specialist training and consultancy, and will tailor the support to suit an organisations requirements, this ensures that progress will continue to be achieved even after we have left.

During 2007 WIT Systems experienced rapid growth having won contracts with major global organisations, as well as the MOD and the Royal Navy. This growth continued into 2008, seeing WIT Systems join in partnership to create The Future Now Programme, providing a unique tailored package of support to help employers and employees facing restructuring or downsizing.
WIT Systems have brought together a number of highly qualified consultants from both commercial and public sectors. The directors of the company and Associate Lecturers each have a minimum of 15 years experience in introducing improvement and change in organisations, utilising the latest Lean and Six Sigma practices. This experience was gained through companies such as SONY, Bombardier, Motorola and Phillips.

Using the WIT Systems diagnostic system we assess performance accross different areas of your business to highlight maximum savings.
We create a report to highlight potential improvements, highlighting quick wins and long term goals. We can then help implement an action plan to achieve the savings.
